We’re past the Labor Day holiday, so it’s now (unofficially) fall in southeastern Wisconsin. Fall is a great time of year in this part of the state for many reasons. The weather is extremely pleasant, and the beautiful fall colors of the next couple months are like nothing else in nature. But fall also reminds us that the current year is gently beginning to wind down, and it’s a good time of year to keep in mind the different things that come with the end of one year and the beginning of a new year.
Though it’s still early, we at Milz Health Group really start to think of Medicare and health insurance for the upcoming year at this time of the season. With eligibility rules, coverage options, and legislation being constantly changed, we take the opportunity at this time of year to make sure we are ready to go to help the good people of the Milwaukee area with their coverage questions for the upcoming new year.
Although open enrollment periods for Medicare and Obamacare have not yet opened up, they will be here before you know it. Medicare Open Enrollment begins October 15 and ends December 7! This is a great time of year to get in touch with the experts at Milz Health Group to get your questions answered so you can hit the ground running when the enrollment windows open. Getting enrolled right away will help ensure you that you have the coverage you want and need all lined up for the new year.
So if you are starting to think about what the end of 2017 means and what the beginning of 2018 will bring, contact us today at Milz Health Group and let us assist you with any questions you may have about your coverage for the upcoming year.
